A Balanced Essay On The State Of ID

It's late, but I wanted to draw attention to (IMHO) is one of the more neutral and balanced essays regarding the scientific status of Intelligent Design. I hope to write in more detail about it at a later date.

  1. A very good article. It makes me wonder where certain I.D. lines of reasoning might be today if the movement had not been pushed toward philosophical arguments and political strategies by certain leaders (such as Johnson). Attempting to settle scientific questions in the courtroom of public opinion will engender a negative bias within the scientific community. This, I believe, is what we see happening, and it is understandable. Though I oppose I.D. on many principles, some of the science does seem compelling.
